Important Info and Materials for Karin’s Workshop!
Please take the time to read carefully and give yourself lots of time to print, prepare and be organized!
It is pertinent to provide your presenter with the requested materials to make this workshop a great success!
If you have any questions or need any clarification on the following, or if I have forgotten something, please notify me ASAP. Please remember, I’m leaving home Oct 4th, and I will likely not be near any reliable internet before our workshop as I’m traveling. For everyone’s peace of mind, it is very important to prepare this ahead of the workshop. Thank you!!
Please Print the following Workshop MaterialsÂ
I will be traveling light with only a carry-on suitcase. This means I cannot bring the following printed materials needed to teach. It will also save you money by printing (or photocopying) these materials yourself. Once you confirmed for yourself how many participants are registered, please print the correct volume of each item.
Please print one copy for each workshop participant of all 5 materials. Don’t forget to print copies for yourselves! (it’s also a good idea to have a few extra copies on hand in case of late comers.)

If there is a problem with any of these links, please notify me immediately so it can be fixed.
Technical Requirements:Â
To keep it simple I am not doing a slide presentation via technical equipment. This means I won’t need a projector. Instead, please provide me with either a white board or flip chart to write on, and an easel. A small table would be helpful too.
Video Recording:Â
I would love to have a video recording of my workshop presentation. If you can arrange to have a person video record my presentation, that would be great. If no video camera available, I have a Samsung smart phone that could be used.
Participant Supplies:
Please provide participants with extra pens, writing paper, and a name tag for each person.
Art Guidance Card Decks:
Since you have paid for 10 card decks, I will be bringing the 10 card decks (if fewer than 10 participants show up, you may keep the surplus). If there is a need for more than 10 decks, please advise me before Oct 1st. I can bring a few extra decks to be purchased at the workshop but I need to know how many.

As agreed in our contract, this is the invoice of the outstanding balance. So far I have kept costs low by staying at relatives before and after the workshop. I can’t use a cheque in your country, and Paypal charges fees, so I will be happy to accept Euro currency in cash. Please provide me with this payment on my first day so that it is taken care of. Thank you!
Food Choices:Â
Pirjo asked about Karin’s food choices. I’m easy going, mostly vegetarian (fine with dairy & eggs & fish, but not meat), no allergies (except for hazelnuts). I usually choose low-fat, healthy foods. 🙂 Thanks!
